MGJJ Membership Freeze or Cancel Request

Fill out the form below to request a Freeze or Cancellation on your MGJJ Membership.

Annual Membership Freeze

Freeze your account with no penalty or fee. You can freeze your account for Medical Conditions & Injuries verified by a Doctor’s Letter, Military Deployment Documents, and for certain special circumstances - if approved. We can only Freeze your account for a minimum of 1 Month and a maximum of 6 Months.

10 Day Notice:
Submit and complete your request at least 10 Business Days prior to your bill date to prevent from being billed for the new month. If approved, your return date will become your new billing cycle date. Your request will be evaluated and you will be contacted within 3 business days.

 


Monthly Membership Freeze

Covid-19 Coronavirus

We will freeze your MGJJ Membership until we reopen for in-person training.


Starting Freeze Date & Return Date

Please, select a Starting Freeze Date that is at least 10 days in advance from today. Your Return Date should be a minimum of 1 Month after your Starting Freeze Date and a maximum of 6 Months.


Annual Membership Cancellation

There is a $250 fee to cancel your account early, but the fee is waived if approved for the following reasons. Moving at least 25 miles away with proof of relocation, Medical Disability verified by a Doctor’s Letter, and for certain special circumstances. We cannot promise to waive your cancellation fee under special circumstances, but we will consider loss of employment with documentation or other unfortunate situations.
