5 Day Notice:
Submit and complete your request at least 5 Business Days prior to your bill date to prevent from being billed for the new month. If approved, your return date will become your new billing cycle date.

There is a $250 fee to cancel your account early, but the fee is waived if approved for the following reasons. Moving at least 25 miles away with proof of relocation, Medical Disability verified by a Doctor’s Letter, and for certain special circumstances. We cannot promise to waive your cancellation fee under special circumstances, but we will consider loss of employment with documentation or other unfortunate situations.
