MGJJ Kids & Youth Program
Our age group programs teach the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with a safe, fun and dynamic methodology. Our instructors are BJJ world champions who have a passion for teaching the art to the next generation. Through movement, games, group exercises, techniques and live training, we teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, high energy and age group specific way. Our goal is to prepare students for life's challenges on and off the mat. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instills confidence, work ethic, focus, friendship, gross motor skill development and a lifelong passion for a healthy lifestyle.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a Martial Art, a sport and a way of life. This program provides a comprehensive introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe and responsible way, without the potentially dangerous submission holds that are used at more advanced levels. We lay a foundation through movement, basic techniques and a variety of games that build discipline, friendship and gross motor skill development. Students will learn takedowns, how to fall safely, basic self defense, positional control and basic tumbling. No experience necessary. Tuesday & Thursday @ 3:45pm-4:30pm, 45mins

This is a comprehensive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program focused on building a foundation for success on and off the mats. We teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a dynamic, fun, friendly and safe environment. This program teaches the basics of the art and introduces submission holds and additional supervised sparring as the student matures. Students will learn our technical and responsible approach to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and its various applications. No experience necessary. Tuesday & Thursday @ 4:30pm-5:15pm, 45mins

Kids & Youth classes are available every Tuesday & Thursday and signing up is available at the front desk.
$125 UNIFORM FEE
A Jiu-Jitsu or Judo Gi is required to participate in classes. A Uniform Fee of $125 + Tax includes an MGJJ Youth Kimono & Belt.
$40 TRIAL CLASS
One $40 Trial Class is available for your child to experience a class. Day passes are not available.
