Takedowns for Jiu-Jitsu

This class will explore the principles and techniques of offensive and defensive grappling on your feet. This includes the fundamentals of hand-fighting, offensive set-ups and attacks, and defensive grappling theory. The class will also include positional sparring and drilling to help develop muscle memory and an overall offensive and defensive strategy for your standing game.

Level & Experience:

75 Classes or 6 Months of consistent Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training or similar grappling experience is required to attend Takedowns for Jiu-Jitsu.
